Epic Escapes Birdie 3.0 Sweepstakes — Official Rules

Entry period: August 16, 2026 12:00 AM ET through September 14, 2026 11:59 PM ET. No purchase necessary.

Sponsor and administrator: Fields Digital Ventures - Epic Escapes, LLC. Status: entries are open.

Terms

  1. 1Sponsor: Fields Digital Ventures - Epic Escapes, LLC. This sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor.
  2. 2Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  3. 3Entry period: August 16, 2026 12:00 AM ET through September 14, 2026 11:59 PM ET.
  4. 4Prize: one She's Birdie “Birdie 3.0” personal safety alarm. Approximate retail value: $35. One prize total.
  5. 5NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or travel booking does not increase your chances of winning.
  6. 6One entry per person and per email address for this Epic Escapes campaign. Duplicate entries are not counted.
  7. 7Other Epic Escapes campaigns, and promotions run by other organizations, are separate. Entering one does not enter you in another, and entries are not carried forward to a future campaign.
  8. 8The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes.
  9. 9Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  10. 10The winner is notified by email and has 5 calendar days to respond. If no response is received in that time, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
  11. 11No cash substitute. The prize is not transferable. Prize color and specific product variant are not guaranteed.
  12. 12Marketing and email opt-in is separate, optional, and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
  13. 13Information collected for entry is limited to first name, email address, an 18+ attestation, and acknowledgement of these rules and the Privacy Policy.
  14. 14She's Birdie is not a sponsor, administrator, or funder of this sweepstakes. Birdie 3.0 is the prize product.
  15. 15Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any applicable taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
  16. 16By entering, entrants agree to these official rules and to the Epic Escapes Getaways Privacy Policy.
